Job Description:Business Information Analyst II - Pharmacy, Compliance and Operations ReportingLocation: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to one of our Pulse Point locations in Denver, CO or Richmond, VA. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The
Business Information Analyst II - Pharmacy, Compliance and Operations Reporting is part of the Pharmacy Compliance and Operations Reporting (COPR) team and is responsible for developing reporting and analytics solutions that support pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and business decision-making.
How you will make an impact:- Improves reporting processes and delivers meaningful insights to our stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively with stakeholders to develop automated reporting solutions, create and enhance business intelligence dashboards, validate complex healthcare data, and support ongoing reporting needs across the pharmacy compliance and pharmacy operations organizations.
- Creates and maintains databases to track business performance.
- Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
- Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies.
- Creates and publishes periodic reports, makes necessary recommendations, and develops ad hoc reports as needed.
- Takes business issue and devising best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.
Minimum Requirements:Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years related operational and/or data analysis experience, experience in database structures, and standard query and reporting tools; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences:- Strong capability to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners highly preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality results highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating data highly preferred.
- Experience with Python for data analysis or reporting automation highly preferred.
- Experience using Databricks or Snowflake notebooks highly preferred.
- Exposure to ThoughtSpot or similar business intelligence tools highly preferred.
- Experience developing dashboards in Tableau highly preferred.
- Experience with Pharmacy Compliance highly preferred.
- Experience with Pharmacy Operations highly preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare data, with pharmacy data or pharmacy operations highly preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $67,360.00 to $111,144.00
