As a Business Improvement Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting Investia's business objectives. You will explore, develop, and help implement initiatives involving artificial intelligence, automation, and low-code solutions. Through continuous improvement efforts, you will help enhance business processes, drive operational excellence, and advance organizational practices.

What you'll accomplish with us

As a Business Improvement Advisor, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
  • Design and develop practical low-code solutions and related tools, including Power Platform, automation technologies, and artificial intelligence tools, to quickly address business needs and generate value;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of efficiency strategies that address current business needs and support their evolution;
  • Guide leaders throughout the optimization process, from identifying initiatives with the greatest potential to measuring tangible results;
  • Engage and involve stakeholders at the appropriate stages to support the successful implementation of initiatives;
  • Support the development of a proactive culture focused on efficiency and agility while encouraging stakeholder accountability;
  • Contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives and promote them to increase their visibility and strengthen organizational alignment;
  • Foster knowledge sharing and the adoption of leading practices across Investia;
  • Stay informed about innovative practices by conducting research and benchmarking activities;
  • Implement a visual management approach based on the principles of "See Together, Understand Together, Act Together" to promote organizational alignment;
  • Identify key performance indicators related to efficiency and innovation and monitor their progress.

The base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
