Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Business Analyst in Lending and Credit Risk domain (Private Individual clients)
• Minimum 6+ years of onsite professional working experience required.
• Broad experience (also practical) in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions as part of scrum teams
(working directly with the engineers)
• Broad experience (also practical) in detailing and creation of User Stories as well as concepts and specifications
for agile delivery teams
• Good analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery
teams
• Knowledge of Banking IT (e.g., Frontends & Channels and Cloud Knowhow) and experience in Lending processes
and Credit Risk workflows.
• Experience in API design (swagger definition) and data mapping.
• Strong background in systems integrations based on data-driven APIs.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead requirement gathering and analysis workshops with Lending, Credit Risk, and business stakeholders.
• Convert business requirements into well-defined User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria for Agile teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define and document end-to-end lending, credit assessment, and credit risk business processes.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, business rules, and solution design documents.
• Analyze and define API requirements, including Swagger/Open API specifications and integration workflows.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping and ensure accurate data flow across integrated systems.
• Work directly with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and support sprint delivery.
• Support SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, and business validation to ensure requirements are met.
• Act as the liaison between business, technology, and external stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of
lending and credit risk solutions in an Agile Scrum environment.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
