Full Job Description
Wells Fargo is seeking a Regional Services Manager (Business Execution Manager) within Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL). This Regional Services Manager (RSM) position manages and leads 9 Regional Services Consultants across two Regions within the Mountain Division, supporting 10 Districts/112 Branches in Colorado; 9 Districts/117 Branches in Wash/Ore/Nevada.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years Leadership experience

  • Familiarity with Wells Fargo systems and organizational structure.
  • Knowledge of Regional Services and Branch Banking operations.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and navigate matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with risk management, change management, and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience providing risk-aligned oversight, consultation, and guidance within a complex, regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance risk, and control environments, with the ability to translate risk insights into practical business actions
  • Proven ability to conduct business and risk reviews that drive accountability, improvement, and measurable outcomes
  • Experience leading or influencing cross-functional partners, leaders, and teams through consultative engagement
  • Strong consultative leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and build trust at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and upskill others, strengthening risk acumen and consultative capability
  • Consistent execution of disciplined routines, early escalation, and root-cause problem solving
  • Ability to balance growth enablement with risk discipline, ensuring the business grows the right way


Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 65% of the time.

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
