Your directive will be to create and drive exceptional business results for specific, strategic Services offerings, including Repair and Calibration. This includes upfront sales and renewal programs that you will define, manage and execute in coordination with Keysight's Sales Organization, Customers and other key stakeholders. Your role on the Business Development team provides an exciting opportunity to directly improve customers' results, while increasing Keysight's Annual Recurring Revenue stream supporting Keysight's position as a market innovator and leader. To be successful, candidates must have a proven track record of building and executing on concrete, innovative business plans that exceed established goals while leveraging exceptional communication and project management skills involving cross-functional stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities include:
- Sales support for services - Test and measurement
- Developing and exceeding targets for orders and renewals
- Business development planning with rigorous execution
- Managing funnel and forecasting requirements
- Driving cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders
- Working effectively cross functionally with Customers, Sales, Business Operations, and Services
Qualifications8 + years' practical and relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development and/or Sales/Support - within test and measurement or adjacent industries.
Demonstrated exceptional ability in the following areas:
- Test and measurement sales and business development.
- Past repair and calibration experience preferred

- time management in interrupt driven and dynamic business environment
- cross functional; relationship building, internally and externally - sales , procurement, legal, planning
- sales funnel and forecasting using Salesforce, Incorta, Tableau, micro-strategy, excel

- B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- (prefered) MBA with B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- US citizen
Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.MIN $119,960.00 - MAX $199,930.00Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
