The RoleBusiness Development Executive - Satellite Antenna Systems & RF Payloads (Houston, TX) Join our team to drive business growth in satellite antenna systems and RF payload technologies supporting NASA, commercial space companies, and human spaceflight programs. This role will focus on developing strategic opportunities across spacecraft antennas, RF payload subsystems, and mission-critical communications hardware. The Business Development Executive will work closely with NASA centers, prime contractors, and emerging commercial space companies. This position offers the chance to support some of the most ambitious space exploration and human spaceflight initiatives underway.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage opportunity pipelines aligned with corporate growth goals and strategic partnerships.
- Convert pipeline opportunities to meet quarterly and annual bookings targets.
- Lead capture strategy development for priority U.S. government programs in defense, intelligence, and civil space.
- Direct capture teams through win strategy creation, customer engagement planning, and solution positioning.
- Oversee competitor assessments, pricing strategy input, and proposal readiness reviews.
- Partner closely with Program Management, and Technical Leadership to ensure pursuit alignment and bid quality.
- Maintain trusted relationships with federal stakeholders, primes, and key subcontractors across the national security ecosystem.
- Drive disciplined, metrics-based capture reviews and ensure adherence to internal governance processes.

Qualifications & Experience- 5-12+ years of experience in federal business development or government contracting, ideally within aerospace, defense, or mission systems.
- Proven track record leading successful captures $10M - 100M with agencies such as DoD, NASA, or the Intelligence Community.
- Expertise in DoD and IC acquisition frameworks, FAR/DFARS compliance, and federal contracting strategy.
- Strong leadership presence, executive communication skills, and ability to engage directly with senior government decision-makers.
- Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred.
