JOB RESPONSIBILITES: - Business to business sales presentations with industrial and commercial businesses using a consultative sales approach
- Analyze each customer's door problems; meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of doors and door building related products
- Promptly follow up to close customer projects and participate in project management when necessary
- Be responsible for achieving sales objectives
- Other responsibilities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree, highly preferred. HS Diploma or GED at a minimum
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on B2B customers such as hospitals, schools, and municipalities
- Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred
The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

$66,332-$102,814 USD
