Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT or technology services.
• Experience onboarding or managing vendors and partners.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new vendor and partner relationships.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with IT and automation services.
• Lead vendor relationship management and performance tracking.
• Represent the company in discovery calls and partner negotiations.
• Generate leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Research new verticals and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
