What This Role Is
We9re looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to grow our business by building meaningful relationships throughout our community.
This is not a position for someone who waits for opportunities to come to them. We9re looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, introducing themselves, creating opportunities, and building genuine relationships. Someone who enjoys staying active, takes ownership of their results, and gets excited about winning.
Success in this role isn9t determined by years of sales experience. It9s determined by activity, consistency, professionalism, and the desire to continuously improve.
