Position Summary
Business Development & Relationship Manager:We are seeking a strategic thinker to join the Insights Business Development and Relationship Management team. Our group sources investment views from around the world and sits at the heart of Two Sigma's investment management process. We are a highly collaborative, fast-moving team that embraces emerging technology. You will have the opportunity to learn, build, and make an impact. In this role, you will develop and deepen relationships with internal and external counterparts with the goal of advancing business strategy, business development, and operational excellence. You will also work closely with our research, product, and engineering partners to develop and enhance our tools.

You will take on the following responsibilities:
- Develop and deepen relationships with internal and external counterparts with the goal of advancing business strategy, business development, and operational excellence in our alpha capture programs and beyond
- Work closely with our research, product, and engineering partners to develop and enhance our tools
You should possess the following qualifications:
- Equity markets experience required, either buy-side (as an analyst, in broker relationship management, or another role that works closely with the sell-side) or sell-side (in equity research or equity sales
- Consistent track record to develop and maintain external relationships
- Highly organized self-starter who brings energy to a fast-paced team
- Inspires others through original thinking and a drive toward execution
- Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by hard problems
- Active LLM user with curiosity about emerging tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; writing sample required
- 5-12 years of experience
- BA/BS required

The base pay for this role will be between $165,000 and $325,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
