Business Development & Marketing Manager (full time)

As the Manager of Business Development & Marketing, you will work closely with sales managers and national sales teams to shape and drive the growth strategy for Linde's Healthcare business. Your role will be key in spotting and unlocking new opportunities for growth, expanding our market presence, and building sustainable referral and partnership models that contribute to profitable growth.

You will also take the lead in developing the overall marketing strategy and managing all marketing efforts, including internal and external media channels, campaigns, and important marketing projects that support our growth and brand positioning. Collaboration is essential in this role, so you will work alongside clinical, commercial, operations, and digital leaders to make sure that every growth initiative aligns with patient care priorities, regulatory standards, and Linde's wider business goals.
