Business Development Manager - Western Canada (Edmonton or Calgary) About the Role
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to manage and grow our Western Canada territory.
This isn't a typical product sales role. We work closely with customers to design and deliver custom foam solutions for a wide range of applications-from packaging and protection to industrial and specialty uses. Every project is unique, making this a highly consultative, problem-solving sales role.

What You'll Do- Manage and grow an established customer base across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industries
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver custom-engineered solutions
- Build long-term relationships and increase share of wallet within existing accounts
- Collaborate with production, technical, and inside sales teams to bring projects to life
- Maintain an active pipeline and track opportunities using CRM (Salesforce)
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan

What You Bring- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (solution-based or consultative sales preferred)
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
- Experience selling into manufacturing, packaging, industrial, or related markets (asset, not required)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with technical information, drawings, or specifications
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
Compensation- Base Salary + Commission
- Car allowance + Gas
