Proven experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Background in chemistry, textile chemistry, textile manufacturing, specialty chemicals, or a related technical field.
BA / BS required; chemistry, textile chemistry, or related field preferred.
MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand profitability, pricing, forecasting, reporting, receivables, and business analysis.
Experience using CRM tools to manage customer activity, new business opportunities, project targets, and sales pipeline.
Ability to partner with business management, product management, business development, lab support, and technical teams to support customer growth.
Experience managing or optimizing sales and distribution channels, including dealers, agents, or related commercial partners.
Strong communication, writing, planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Results-oriented self-starter who can work independently while also leading, coaching, and holding a sales team accountable.
Must be comfortable traveling to meet key customers and support sales team activity in the field.
