Full Job Description
Due to Satterfield and Pontikes continued growth we are adding a Business Development Manager to our San Antonio, TX office. This person will be instrumental in helping find Owners and Developers building Commercial, Multi-Family, and Industrial projects in the Greater San Antonio area. This person will be well connected, master networker, and great at opening doors with clients building projects in the $25 million - $500 million range. On top of an aggressive base salary, we have a fantastic overall comp plan and perks. Identifying & Pursuing Opportunities: - Understand Satterfield & Pontikes's target markets, resources and services - Identify business opportunities in targeted markets consistent with our business strategy - Develop specific client and opportunity strategies - Lead Go/No Go discussions - Lead team effort to position for targeted pursuits - Establishing Positive Client Relationships - Identify and effectively participate in industry networking opportunities - Identify target clients and opportunities - Lead Proposal and Interview Preparation
