Responsibilities

We're looking for a strategic and driven Business Development Manager to accelerate Utila's growth in the APAC region. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with regional partners, identify new business opportunities, and help shape Utila's go-to-market strategy. You'll work closely with leadership, product, and sales to unlock new revenue channels and expand our footprint in the digital assets ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, create, and close new business opportunities across fintech,digital assets, and enterprise verticals.
  • Build and manage relationships with key industry players, from financial institutions to technology providers.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market needs into product direction.
  • Lead outbound initiatives, market research, and competitive analyses to support Utila's growth strategy.
  • Represent Utila at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
  • Drive the full BD lifecycle - from prospecting to negotiation to long-term relationship management.
  • Track KPIs, pipeline progress, and market insights for leadership.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales in fintech, banking, AML, cyber, or digital assets.
