Education and Experience "- 3+ years of B2B consultative sales experience.
- Demonstrated success building a profitable book of business, including new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Adept with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, and Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Job Responsibilities:- This sales leader will grow V-Soft's market share by delivering unique value propositions to high-potential customers in an underserved market. Will deeply understand each customer's full scope of needs and package a holistic mix of solutions - strategic staffing, digital technology services and infrastructure - to solve real business problems.
- Success is measured by gross margin growth, new logo acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and the accuracy of forecasts and pipeline health.
- Partner with a world-class digital marketing team to target and nurture prospects haven't worked with before and collaborated with a global bench of subject-matter experts to tailor solutions that deliver more value than a customer's next-best alternative.
