Your ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development- Drive revenue growth and market share
- Identify and acquire new customers and market segments
- Develop and structure your sales territory
Partner Development- Build and expand a network of distributors
- Execute joint sales initiatives
- Train and support partners
Project Management- Identify and manage industrial projects
- Build relationships with engineers and specifiers
- Coordinate all project stakeholders
Performance & Collaboration- Ensure regular reporting
- Work closely with internal teams
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
Qualifications- Degree or equivalent in business or technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales
- Strong business development and new customer acquisition mindset
- Ability to independently develop a territory
- Good technical understanding
- Willingness to travel (50-70%)
