We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in our Houston. Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, delivering customized staffing solutions and driving revenue growth in the energy sector, the ideal candidate will have proven relevant experience in sales with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. With a strong understanding of staffing solutions and recruitment processes, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with potential and existing clients.
