  • Lead strategic capture planning and major pursuits, leveraging market intelligence and client insights to improve win rates and secure high-value projects.
  • Oversee and mentor the regional proposals and pursuits team, ensuring consistent application of best practices, tools, governance, and positioning strategies.
  • Facilitate growth reviews, client strategy discussions, and opportunity planning sessions, providing leadership with actionable insights on performance, wins, losses, and market trends.
  • Collaborate nationally across business lines and corporate functions, including Marketing, Communications, and Client Program teams, to maximize growth opportunities and client value.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, safety, ethics, accountability, and continuous improvement, with success measured through growth outcomes, pursuit performance, win rates, and team effectiveness.

  • Experience leading a team with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, working towards common goals and objectives.
  • Superb team player able to excel in a multi-task, deadline-driven environment
