The Role Business Development Executive - Ground Station Antenna Feeds (Los Angeles, CA) Join our team to lead growth in ground station antenna feed systems supporting the rapidly expanding global satellite communications and space infrastructure market. This role will focus on developing opportunities for advanced RF Antenna Feeds used in ground-based antenna systems. The Business Development Executive will work closely with commercial satcom operators, ground network providers, and government space organizations. This position offers the opportunity to shape strategic customer relationships while helping enable the next generation of space connectivity.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage opportunity pipelines aligned with corporate growth goals and strategic partnerships.
- Convert pipeline opportunities to meet quarterly and annual bookings targets.
- Lead capture strategy development for priority U.S. government programs in defense, intelligence, and civil space.
- Direct capture teams through win strategy creation, customer engagement planning, and solution positioning.
- Oversee competitor assessments, pricing strategy input, and proposal readiness reviews.
- Partner closely with Program Management, and Technical Leadership to ensure pursuit alignment and bid quality.
- Maintain trusted relationships with federal stakeholders, primes, and key subcontractors across the national security ecosystem.
- Drive disciplined, metrics-based capture reviews and ensure adherence to internal governance processes.

Qualifications & Experience- 5-12+ years of experience in federal business development or government contracting, ideally within aerospace, defense, or mission systems.
- Proven track record leading successful captures $10M - 100M with agencies such as DoD, NASA, or the Intelligence Community.
- Expertise in DoD and IC acquisition frameworks, FAR/DFARS compliance, and federal contracting strategy.
- Strong leadership presence, executive communication skills, and ability to engage directly with senior government decision-makers.
- Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred.
