- Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000 + Commission
The AirisOne Business Development Director will lead development and commercial growth efforts for Compass Group's AirisOne Managed Services Platform, expanding adoption with both existing and new clients.
AirisOne is a centralized marketplace platform for Compass Support Services, bringing together facilities services, technology and predictive management such as equipment maintenance, call center support, mechanical engineering, facilities procurement, reactive and preventive maintenance programs, procurement, analytics, technology, and vendor management. AirisOne helps facilities, operators and clients deliver broader solutions, operate more efficiently, and accelerate growth through AI, digital twin tools and Compass Groups' vast network of supplies.
This role will build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, drive revenue and margin growth, support sales materials and solution positioning, and partner closely with Hub leadership to commercialize new and existing managed services offerings.
The position reports directly to the President of Business Excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue and margin growth for AirisOne offerings across existing and prospective clients.
- Build, manage, and advance a robust pipeline of opportunities in partnership with sector and Hub leadership.
- Develop and support sales materials, value propositions, and commercial messaging that clearly position Hub capabilities.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, technology, analytics, and service leaders to package and commercialize solutions.
- Communicate effectively across the organization to align stakeholders, advance opportunities, and support execution.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial growth, preferably in facilities management, integrated services, procurement, supply chain, or managed services.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with experience driving revenue and margin growth.
- Proven track record of building pipelines, advancing complex sales opportunities, and consistently delivering results.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical, solution-oriented thinker with strong judgment and a common-sense approach.
