Full Job Description
Position: Business Developer II - AMZ24410.5

Location: Culver City, CA

Multiple Positions Available:

1. Building/lead format-specific content strategies and leading

partnerships with music festival promoters.

2. Partners closely across the Amazon Music organization and

accelerates the Global Content Organization's (GCO) goals

by developing bar-raising programs which define and deliver

on KPIs critical to achieving GCO's vision.

3. Use their deep knowledge of core global content business

objectives to develop program-level strategies.

4. Drive business and senior leadership reviews of this strategy

and aligning cross-functional teams toward this vision to

effectively drive GCO's business objectives.

5. Lead negotiations and partnerships with Festival promoters,

including the management of cross-functional stakeholders.

6. Develop strategic program-level readout documents in

partnership with Data and Insights team which outline content

performance vs. ingoing objectives and develop forwardlooking recommendations.

7. Define and oversee cross-channel content strategy and

execution for priority programs, including: KPI definition and

optimization, SOP definition for execution, experimentation

plan and results analysis, reporting mechanisms, best

practices documentation, playbooks definition and sharing.

8. Manage program-level budget.

9. Partner with global teams to share best practices and develop

strategies for localization.

10. Domestic and international travel up to 25% to perform role

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management Science, or related field followed by three (3) year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Must have three (3) year(s) of experience in the following:

1. Business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

2. Developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

3. Analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting

4. Online advertising or high-tech products/services

5. Interpreting data and making business recommendations

The pay range for this position in Culver City, CA is $93080 - $144700 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
