Insight Global is hiring a Business/Data Analyst to support procurement technology functions for a global consumer healthcare company. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic data partner to the procurement team, helping them evaluate tail spend data and support the performance of emerging procurement technologies. You'll dig into tail spend data-often messy or incomplete-and uncover patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Your insights will help shape sourcing strategies, identify catch and release spend behaviors, and support vendor rationalization/management efforts. You'll collaborate with procurement leads to build intuitive Power BI dashboards, track pilot success metrics, and proactively recommend solutions that align with business goals. This is not just a number-crunching role-it's about understanding procurement deeply, asking the right questions, and driving smarter decisions through data.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years' experience as a Business/Data Analyst in a procurement space
Strong grasp of procurement workflows, especially tail spend management.
Expert using Power BI for dashboards and reporting
Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python for cleaning and analyzing messy datasets.
Able to proactively turn procurement-related business needs into insights and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiar with platforms like Ariba and Candex, Keelvar, Fairmarkit, or similar tail spend tools.
Experience with AI-driven sourcing or autonomous procurement.
Exposure to agentic AI or automation in procurement.
Background in consulting or leading procurement digital transformation projects.
