  • Risk Management - Provide risk and compliance guidance to support the development, review, and maintenance of business controls, and help manage day-to-day risk issues, remediation activities, and special projects.

  • Control Inventory and Remediation - Maintain risk and control inventories, identify gaps or weaknesses, and support timely remediation to improve control effectiveness and reduce risk.

  • Strategic Initiative Support - Help prioritize and oversee strategic, high-visibility, and mission-critical initiatives by coordinating across stakeholders and monitoring progress.

  • Regulatory Change Management - Stay current on regulatory developments, assess potential impacts to the business, and support the implementation of changes within US TDAI

  • You're highly organized and adaptable. You have strong project management skills and can manage multiple priorities, respond to change quickly, and adjust your focus based on business needs.

  • You're a strong communicator. You can communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, and tailor your message for different audiences across the organization.

  • You're analytical and technically capable. You're comfortable using Excel for ad hoc analysis, including pivot tables, lookup functions, complex formulas, and trend analysis to help identify root causes and support informed decisions.
