Hours: Standard Working hours
Travel: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Position Overview: Responsible for translating most highly complex and varied business needs into application software requirements. These needs typically involve a significant expenditure or cost savings and impact a wide range of functions. Also, provides expertise to lower leveled consultants. This is the highest level in a career progression.
How You Will Make an Impact:- Provides expertise to lower level consultants on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs
- Determines specific business application software requirements to address the most highly complex and varied business needs
- May lead teams of analysts assigned to the most complex projects, typically those of highest importance and impact to the way in which we do business
- Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs
- Leads the identification, prioritization, and refinement of business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and value delivery
- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery objectives, resolve competing priorities, and ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
- Monitors feature and capability progress, identifies risks and impediments, and escalates issues impacting business outcomes.
- Provides leadership in establishing and communicating business priorities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and large-scale initiatives.
- Influences portfolio, program, and team-level planning through analysis of business value, operational impacts, and strategic objectives.
- Serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals, roadmap priorities, and solution delivery.
Required Qualifications: - Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems; minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Consultant with project management skills; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting Medicaid and/or Medicare business operations, products, and regulatory requirements
- Medicare Advantage business experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Sales processes, regulations, and business operations preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization based on business value and customer needs
- Agile PM/PO Certification and understanding of Agile SAFe preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Microsoft sheets
- Exposure to AI (Chat GPT, GEN AI, Co-Pilot, Spark)
- Experience Using Salesforce and Adobe Suite strongly preferred
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $96,480 to $166,428
