Role: Business Consultant - Retail Digital & Marketing Transformation Location: Any US Location - candidate should be open to travel as needed *Job Description: TCS is seeking a commercially driven executive to lead and scale its Retail Digital & Marketing Transformation business in North America. This leader will be responsible for growing revenue, building executive relationships, developing differentiated offerings, shaping large transformation engagements, and positioning TCS as a strategic partner to leading retailers and consumer brands. The role combines business leadership, consulting expertise, industry knowledge, and technology acumen. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer growth, digital transformation, marketing, customer experience, data, AI, and technology, partnering with C-suite executives including CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Customer Officers, Chief Data Officers, CIOs, and CEOs. *Qualifications: • 15+ years of experience in consulting, retail, digital, customer, marketing, or technology transformation. • Proven success managing and growing multimillion-dollar consulting or services portfolios. • Track record of originating and closing large transformation programs. • Experience working with both business leaders and technology organizations. • Strong understanding of retail and consumer industry business models Salary Range: $156,500 - $249,000 a year #LI-AD1
