Job Description Summary:

Assesses and evaluates supply chain business operations and leads transformational business practice enhancements resulting in delivering efficiency and value-added business practices to the organization while supporting the organizational initiative of enhancing the patient experience.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
  • Implements consistent processes across the organization, establishes metrics and provides leadership with guidance to monitor.
  • Develops and implements strategies to optimize distribution operations, defining and driving standardization of goods and services across the organization.
  • Serves as the strategic link between internal business units and works collaboratively on various administrative processes. Executes and provides input to the strategic plans and objectives of the function.
  • Collaborates to define key performance indicators to measure success, analyze, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilizes reporting, dashboards, and scorecards that enable better decision making.
  • Communicates key risks and issues to management at all levels of the organization and completes risk planning activities to mitigate or eliminate them.
