Overview:Job Description Summary:Assesses and evaluates supply chain business operations and leads transformational business practice enhancements resulting in delivering efficiency and value-added business practices to the organization while supporting the organizational initiative of enhancing the patient experience.
Job Description:Essential Functions:- Implements consistent processes across the organization, establishes metrics and provides leadership with guidance to monitor.
- Develops and implements strategies to optimize distribution operations, defining and driving standardization of goods and services across the organization.
- Serves as the strategic link between internal business units and works collaboratively on various administrative processes. Executes and provides input to the strategic plans and objectives of the function.
- Collaborates to define key performance indicators to measure success, analyze, and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilizes reporting, dashboards, and scorecards that enable better decision making.
- Communicates key risks and issues to management at all levels of the organization and completes risk planning activities to mitigate or eliminate them.

Skills:- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, formulas, MACROs, Graphs, Charts).

Experience:- Five years of relevant work experience in supply chain operations, required.
- Five years of experience managing employees, required.
