Full Job Description
What does the team work on?

The Revenue Analytics team sits at the intersection of advertising sales, marketing, and client services. We partner across the business to maximize yield, accelerate ad revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency. Our work blends strategic planning, rigorous data analysis, and modern tooling to optimize the monetization of advertising inventory and unlock actionable insights for our stakeholders.
What is the role?

Roku is seeking a Business Automation Manager, International to join our Business Automation Team, serving as a champion for international operational needs within the advertising business. This role ensures that operational requirements across Roku's key non-US markets - including Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Brazil - are consistently represented and prioritized alongside the broader product and automation roadmap. Unlike traditional tool-owner positions, this role is broad by design, acting as an end-to-end liaison across the full advertising campaign lifecycle spanning CRM, OMS, creative, reporting, and billing. The successful candidate will collect, prioritize, and drive enhancement requests specific to international operations while delivering training, ongoing application support, and process documentation. This person will also periodically extend support to the broader Salesforce Platform Team's software development lifecycle, including leading user acceptance testing and authoring user guides for wider rollouts. A strong bias toward AI-first and agent-first thinking, combined with comfort operating across ambiguity and cross-functional boundaries, will be essential for success in this role.

For Ontario Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between CAD 94,600 - CAD 108,300.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

How will I use AI at Roku?

At Roku, we don't just use AI, we work with it. AI agents and smart tools help power drafts, analysis, and repetitive workflows, while our people bring direction, judgment, and accountability.

We value curious, adaptable builders, who can show how they've used AI, agents, or automation to move faster, improve quality, and scale their impact. Strong candidates know how to frame problems, guide AI-assisted work, check the output, and learn quickly. Above all, they bring curiosity, adaptability, and sound judgment.
What are the responsibilities of the role?
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for international operational needs, championing them consistently with Product Management and business stakeholders
  • Act as an end-to-end system and process liaison across the full campaign lifecycle, spanning Salesforce, OMS, billing systems, creative tools, and data management platforms
  • Collect, prioritize, and rank enhancement requests specific to international operations
  • Lead training on existing processes and workflows for end users
  • Own the ongoing service and support of international-supporting applications and the workflows surrounding them
  • Support the software development lifecycle, including administering user acceptance testing and authoring guides, for international-specific rollouts and initiatives
  • Extend support, as needed, to the broader SFDC platform team's software development lifecycle, including UAT and documentation, with non-US responsibilities taking precedence
  • Identify and champion opportunities for agent-first and AI-first solutions
  • Establish, implement, and service operational changes in close collaboration with peers, Product Management, and business stakeholders
  • Continuously assess opportunities to modernize and mature international operations and drive plans to close gaps as they are identified
What experience would help someone be successful in this role at Roku?
  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, automation, order management systems, or a related field within the advertising industry
  • Direct experience working within non-US advertising markets; Canada, United Kingdom, and Mexico required; LATAM experience a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of the digital and CTV advertising industry, with a desire to align processes and solutions to drive business outcomes across multiple international markets
  • Skilled at identifying upstream and downstream effects of changing data contracts and integrations across Salesforce, OMS, billing, creative, and DMP tools
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a broad, cross-functional liaison rather than a single-tool owner, managing ambiguity across a wide surface area
  • Comfort balancing a primary focus area with periodic support of an adjacent roadmap, without losing sight of core priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights from troubleshooting data across multiple systems and markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to document processes, lead training, and influence stakeholders
  • Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for agent-first and AI-first approaches to modernizing operational processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
