Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, fiduciary responsibilities, and the documentation used in sophisticated estate and business planning matters, along with proficiency in drafting the same. Important attributes include being detail-oriented, possessing excellent writing skills, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and having the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
