Prior experience in transactional law including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), public finance, trust and estates, commercial real estate, corporate law, or secured finance is required. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. Important attributes include, detail-oriented, excellent writing skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. License to practice in OK is required.
