The primary responsibilities of the Senior Business Architect include guiding the identification of business value through analysis, planning, and design of manual and automated solutions within a domain.
Essential Functions- Provides services to multiple internal stakeholders and external customers to enable business agility, such as: Capability identification, impact and gap analysis, information synthesis, current and future state modeling, and progressive elaboration.
- Rationalizes objectives, analyzes options to address value gaps, and reviews recommendations for changes to current business capabilities.
- Collaborates with business and technical architects at all levels to align on common goals and solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum EducationBachelors degree in engineering, business information systems, computer science, or other quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience Five (5) years of experience with a minimum of three (3) of the following areas: application development or maintenance, transportation/logistics operations, business analysis, business process modeling, business object or logical data modeling, business and/or IT standards/processes, software design. Experience with architecture techniques in a wide range of projects and complexities. Experience working with business capability or domain analysis.
