Support the systems that power our global business.
The RoleJoin Capco's Global Internal Applications team and help support the technology used by more than 9,000 colleagues across the globe. Working within a collaborative, global team, you'll provide functional and technical support across our HR and Financial systems while contributing to new implementations and continuous improvements. What You'll Do- Provide functional and technical support for Capco's HR, recruitment and financial applications, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve production support issues while monitoring system performance and business processes.
- Work closely with global business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver functional enhancements and system improvements.
- Support the implementation, configuration and ongoing administration of new internal applications as our technology landscape evolves.
- Contribute ideas, best practices and process improvements that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications, preferably HR, recruitment or financial systems.
- Working knowledge of APIs, Microsoft Office and application support methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently while building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across global teams.
Bonus Points For- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience working with global enterprise application environments.
- Experience supporting HRIS or ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with system implementations, upgrades or process improvement initiatives.
