You will also work directly with Government stakeholders and end users to implement system enhancements, support daily operations, and ensure mission readiness.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys configuring enterprise applications, improving business workflows, building dashboards, and working directly with customers to solve operational challenges.

This position is full-time onsite in Atlanta, Georgia. Remote work is not available.
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and implement low-code workflow automations using Microsoft 365 technologies and related enterprise tools.
  • Support users by troubleshooting application issues, implementing approved enhancements, and providing technical guidance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, workflow efficiency, and operational processes while following Government-approved AI governance practices.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, operational runbooks, and training materials.
  • Support configuration management, change control, system testing, and application sustainment activities.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders to implement approved system enhancements and maintain operational readiness.
  • Support emergency operations and surge activities as required.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, and 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Web development experience in tools such as javascript, html and css.
  • Experience developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.
  • Experience designing or supporting workflow automation using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, or comparable low-code automation platforms.

  • Experience supporting Federal Government agencies or emergency management organizations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience developing technical documentation, operational runbooks, or user training materials.
  • Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
  • Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments.

Operational Requirements

Because this position directly supports the Strategic National Stockpile's emergency response mission, team members are expected to support operational readiness outside normal business hours when required.
