Business Analytics Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve client outcomes and shape future solutions. You will partner closely with teams across Product, Account Management, and Clinical Operations to bring data to life in ways that drive smarter decisions, stronger performance, and better client experiences.

Collaborate with teams including Product, Account Management, Finance, Operations, and Research to align on needs and deliver integrated solutions. - Lead Through Expertise and Consultation
Act as a trusted advisor by helping stakeholders refine questions, identify opportunities, and uncover insights from data. - Manage Competing Priorities with Confidence
Balance multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality and clear communication with stakeholders. - Promote Clear and Open Communication
Share insights, progress, and recommendations in a way that builds understanding, trust, and collaboration across teams.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
- Experience working with relational databases and querying large datasets (SQL required)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data tools for analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications- Experience using Python or similar programming tools for data analysis
- Background working with healthcare, claims data, or large data warehouse environments
- Experience supporting client-facing teams such as Account Management or Product
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 68,000 - 113,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
