What you will enjoy doing*- In this role, you will support end-to-end delivery of business analytics and digital transformation projects
- Track progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution
- You will develop project plans, milestones, and status updates for stakeholders
- And you will deliver solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables
- You will act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication
- Support stakeholder alignment and adoption of new tools and processes
- Analyze data to identify business issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Support development and validation of dashboards, reports, and analytical models is part of your role
- Work closely with data scientists and IT teams to implement analytics and data-driven solutions
- Ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements and deliver measurable value
- Identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities across business units, and assess current processes to find inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Also, you will support implementation of new tools, systems, and data platforms
- Contribute to change management efforts including training and user adoption
- Maintain project documentation including requirements, workflows, and solution designs
- Support testing, validation, and quality assurance of implemented solutions
- You will track benefits, key performance indicators, and outcomes of analytics initiatives
What makes you great - You hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Possess zero to three years of experience in business analytics, project coordination, or related roles
- Have exposure to data analytics, reporting tools, or project work preferred
- Demonstrate data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Be familiar with tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and Microsoft SQL
- You understand basic data models and business processes
- Exhibit strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively suits your profile
- You understand business processes across finance, sales, and product domains
- Communicate clearly to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
- Manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment
- Deliver analytics and digital initiatives on time, and you can ensure quality and usability of deployed solutions
- Achieve high stakeholder satisfaction and adoption

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $90,000 - $132,000.
