• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or the Natural Sciences (required) or
• Master's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or the Natural Sciences (preferred)

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree (required)
• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Master's degree (preferred) or

• Skill in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation
• Ability to write queries or code including complex joins
• Ability to use business intelligence and data visualization tools to tell impactful stories with data
• Ability to work with analytical programming languages for data analysis like Python, R, SQL, Java
• Understanding of process flow and automation
• Ability to work with big data
• Ability to navigate data warehouse and/or data supply chain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; develops writing skill in others; Recognizes the need to deliver the right message at the right time through the right channel; Articulates the broad implications / impact of a message; Anticipates and addresses conflict and challenges, able to have touch conversations; Strong presentation development; can coach and guide others to get to the appropriate level of detail and send an effective message; Comfortable presenting to senior levels with ability to adapt or change course with confidence; Demonstrates executive presence

• General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.

• Occasional travel to include overnight stay.
