Position OverviewAs a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's C&IB Data Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, Brecksville, or Strongsville, OH; or Charlotte, NC.
Role Overview:
The Business Analytics Lead within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Data Management organization is responsible for leading data-driven initiatives that support risk, regulatory, and business strategy objectives. This role combines technical expertise, data ownership, and program leadership to design and deliver scalable analytical solutions across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and execution of analytical solutions supporting C&IB data initiatives
• Serve as Application Owner for ESD (Exception Surveillance Data) and Data Asset Owner, ensuring data integrity, governance, and usability
• Drive end-to-end delivery of data solutions, translating business needs into technical designs and actionable insights
• Lead and execute a micro data strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance data accessibility, structure, and value
• Build and optimize solutions directly within enterprise platforms using SQL Server, TOAD, and data warehouse technologies
• Oversee data architecture elements, including data marts, data storage, and processing frameworks
• Manage and support complex data environments, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize requests, deliver insights, and support decision-making
• Ensure alignment with Capital Stream processes and C&IB policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL Server and SQL with hands-on development experience
• Experience as an application or data owner, managing data assets and ensuring governance standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects and make data-driven business decisions
• Expertise in data marts, data warehouses, and data storage.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with data processing and table/structure design
• Experience with data environment management
• Experience working with TOAD or comparable database tools
• Strong organizational and execution skills in a fast-paced, request-driven environment
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions and effectively support stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Generative AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics techniques
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their application in analytics or data workflows
• Exposure to modern data innovation strategies within financial services environments

Job Description- Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions. Serves as mentor to more junior employees.
- Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
- Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
- Assists peers with guidance on analytic approaches related to more complex solutions.
- Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
- Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $91,000.00 - $185,900.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
