Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years IT experience OR Technical Certification with 4 years IT experience OR 6 years IT experience.
• Familiarity with system architecture and application portfolio.
• Experience with requirements management and/or prototyping using Jira.
• Capable of simplifying and standardizing complex concepts and processes.
• Strong understanding of Medicare business fundamentals.
• Skilled in requirements definition and management.
• Expertise in SDLC, Agile, and Scrum development methodologies.
• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of functional and non-functional requirements for Medicare.
• Collaborate with the Business Solutions Lead to align business strategy with requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements and documentation.
• Facilitate requirements management and prototyping processes using Jira.
• Simplify and standardize complex concepts for improved stakeholder understanding.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices within the requirements gathering process.
• Support Agile and Scrum practices throughout the development lifecycle.
