Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of business/systems analysis experience and software development projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
• Certifications such as Scrum Master (SCM), Project Manager (CPM), or PMP preferred
• Experience with public sector compliance frameworks and large-scale ERP transformations preferred
• Key knowledge in Rules 60GG-1 - 60GG-5 and Client Administrative Code is preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business and systems analysis including as-is and to-be analyses
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders effectively
• Perform system analysis and design utilizing various methodologies
• Research and analyze business needs to develop efficient solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and management
• Oversee and manage project resources effectively during software development initiatives
• Provide expertise on IAM concepts and compliance frameworks
