Full Job Description
The successful incumbent will:
Partner with Product Owners and Development Team to understand the changes and define the scope of UAT.
Develop testing plans for multiple workstreams to ensure all relevant scope is tested prior to production release.
Evaluate feature stories in Jira to understand the change being made, create and document test scripts, and ensure their adherence to change standards.
Perform in-sprint testing of feature stories.
Ownership & coordination of E2E UAT with Operations SME's. Including independently hosting testing calls, troubleshooting potential defects, documenting bugs, and reporting on UAT status across various stakeholder groups.
Document and prioritize all defects that are identified during UAT.
Experience adhering to change standards within a regulated organization.
Ability to build strong relationships with both business Product Owners as well Technology partners to ensure appropriate project governance.
Influence decisions and outcomes through effective communications, adjusting style and personalizes messages to best connect with others.
Communicate and interact with key stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to provide updates and ensure appropriate project governance.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, and/or UAT testing lead or coordinator / Experience in Markets, ideally managing testing a deployment effort of the strategic change.
Strong knowledge of agile development environment and Jira, preferably with Product Management, Product Owner, and/or Business Analysis Experience.
Experience participating in and owning In-Sprint Acceptance Testing and E2E UAT Testing.
Experience learning and understanding changes within a feature story and writing an E2E test script for the functionality.
Strong problem-solving skills, including situation analysis, problem identification, and solution recommendation strategies.
Analytical Mindset, data driven, and strong attention to detail.
Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, from concept ideation, through socialization, planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence, negotiate, persuade, and resolve conflict at all levels.
Have strong planning and organizational skills, accepting accountability for tasks and ability to balance a high volume of work under pressure.
