Technical Analyst
Job Description:
- The Technical Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, middleware/application teams, and development teams.
- This role focuses on understanding LOB requirements, defining integration needs, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and coordinating delivery across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements gathering: Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Technical translation: Convert business needs into clear technical and integration specifications.
• Cross-team coordination: Liaise with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and middleware teams.
• Documentation: Create BRDs, TRDs, design documents, and interface specifications.
• Developer support: Clarify requirements, functional behavior, and mapping details.
• Interface mapping: Support source-to-target mappings, transformations, and data flow definitions.
• Design review: Review technical and integration designs to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Dependency analysis: Document upstream and downstream flows, as well as end-to-end system interactions.
• Agile participation: Contribute to refinement sessions, planning, grooming, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• QA/UAT support: Clarify requirements, expected behavior, and integration scenarios.
• Defect triage: Identify whether issues originate from requirements, mappings, development, or external systems.
• Delivery tracking: Monitor dependencies, risks, and timelines across teams.
• Production support: Provide requirement and integration flow clarification during production issues.
• Gap analysis: Identify missing or inconsistent requirements before development begins.

Salary Range - $100 ,000-$120,000 a year
