  • Good years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in cybersecurity or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and operational processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business, security, and technical teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish trusted relationships with business and cybersecurity stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather business needs, objectives, risks, and challenges.
  • Support strategic planning, demand intake, prioritization, and business case development.
  • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and actionable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical and cybersecurity teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, training, and business readiness activities.
