Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master with 7-11 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, business analysis, and SAP-related environments. The role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, data analysis, process improvement, stakeholder communication, user acceptance testing, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and servant leader with experience facilitating Agile teams, managing project deliverables, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate sprints, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum frameworks and practices.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration across project teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Work with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests.
• Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams address impediments.
• Support teams in implementing process and organizational changes effectively.
• Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Guide development teams toward greater Scrum maturity.
• Foster a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product and collaborate effectively.
• Gather business requirements from managers, clients, and stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories or business documentation.
• Analyze business data, financial reports, and market trends to identify operational challenges and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Recommend software, tools, and process improvements to support business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical IT teams.
• Communicate project updates and translate technical concepts into clear business terms.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• 7-11 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or related roles.
• Experience working in a Scrum Master role.
• Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, including its artifacts, ceremonies, and techniques.
• Strong understanding of Scrum practices such as Definition of Done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
• Familiarity with SAP-related projects and development environments.
• Familiarity with Snowflake-related development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Jira.
• Experience with business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with requirements and reporting tools such as Jira, Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
• Strong communication, servant leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience supporting manufacturing-related business analysis initiatives
