You Are:The Business Analyst will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. They will assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
The Work:- Research, gather and synthesize information.
- Analyze organizational processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support change management activities, including impact assessments, training materials, and communication development.
- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to support development and implementation teams.
