As a Business Analyst within the Renewals Operations team, you will be a critical analytical and operational partner driving data-informed decisions across the renewals lifecycle - translating complex renewal metrics into actionable insights, optimizing workflows, and supporting the tools and systems that power a high-performing renewals organization. • Conduct deep-dive analyses on renewal trends, customer behavior, cohort performance, and territory-level outcomes to surface actionable insights for leadership.
  • Support accurate in-quarter and long-range renewal forecasting by maintaining and validating forecast models and tracking actuals versus plan.
  • Prepare and present data-driven performance summaries for MBRs, QBRs, and senior leadership reviews in partnership with the Senior Director.
  • Identify patterns in at-risk renewals and escalate findings with supporting data to Renewals Sales and Customer Success teams.

Process & Quoting Operations
  • Analyze end-to-end renewal workflows - from opportunity identification to quote generation to close - to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Document current-state processes and propose future-state designs that reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and support scalability.
  • Support quote governance by reviewing renewal quotes for accuracy, policy compliance, and adherence to approved discount frameworks.
  • Assist in developing quoting frameworks for multi-year, co-term, and mid-term expansion scenarios to maximize ARR retention.
  • Partner with Renewals Operations leadership to build and maintain playbooks, quoting guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Systems, Data & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Conduct regular data quality audits across CRM and renewal systems, resolving discrepancies and implementing governance controls.
  • Partner with IT and RevOps to define business requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between Renewals Operations and Business Intelligence teams to ensure reporting infrastructure meets business needs.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to align on renewal goals, data definitions, and process standards.
  • Contribute analytical support to new GTM programs and strategic initiatives that impact the renewals business.
