Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in asset management, focusing on buy-side and multi-asset
• Proven track record in managing multi-asset class front office solutions across a range of securities
• Experience with integrating middle and back office functions with accounting systems, preferably SS&C GlobeOp or Advent Geneva
• At least 5 years delivering software within an agile framework
• Familiarity with Agile PLM tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne, with a preference for Jira
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills using Agile best practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise data management and business process modeling

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of the order management system (Charles River) while integrating master and position data
• Collaborate with project team on bi-directional integration between accounting systems and Acadian systems using various methods
• Design data models for strategic data stores, including Account Master and Position Master
• Conduct data analysis, quality checks, and process controls
• Engage in sprint planning, enhance user stories, and manage project backlog
• Ensure transparency in delivery using Agile practices like Sprint Planning and Daily Scrums
• Mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices
