JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Analyst/Quality Assurance supports requirements and analysis for delivery teams. You will elicit and document requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with Product Owners and engineers to deliver features that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria

- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning

- Model business processes and data flows

- Support UAT and validation of delivered features

- Leverage AI-assisted tools for documentation and analysis

- Maintain requirements traceability

Non-Technical Requirements:

- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.

- Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Must be able to prioritize and self-start.

- Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.

- Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.

- Must be open to collaboration, feedback and client asks.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of business analysis experience on IT projects

- Strong requirements documentation and communication skills

- Experience with Agile delivery and user stories

Preferred Qualifications:

- Federal IT or financial-regulatory experience

- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and AI-assisted tooling

Salary Description

$85,000-$95,000 (based upon pertinent experience)
