Full Job Description
As a Business Analyst with ProMach, you will support the success of the company by analyzing and improving processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will collaborate with internal partners to improve business processes and work with the corporate technical team to implement ERP solutions. This position can be located remotely near a Statco-DSI division (preferably near St. Louis, MO) and reports to the Controller.

Support Materials & Operations Process Stabilization & Improvement
  • Perform business process design and requirements definition in conjunction with functional teams
  • Define and document requirements for process changes and development needs
  • Process mapping, documentation and defining applicable tools to support lean operations
  • Demonstrate commitment to Continuous Improvement philosophy including support of all quality, safety, productivity, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Assist in operational rollouts and support, as well as ERP implementations
  • Partner with other ProMach divisions to evaluate and implement best practices and ERP standards across the business unit
  • Support Materials initiatives such as Cost Savings, Materials Assessment, Inventory Management and Inventory Accuracy
  • Support divisional KPIs including measurement, distribution and continuous improvement

Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Analyze and prioritize requests by identifying existing solutions that optimally address the business needs; work with corporate technical resources to fulfill enhancement requests only as necessary
  • Act as a liaison between functional teams and corporate technical resources for enhancements; provide functional requirements to corporate development team and perform QA testing of requested enhancements
  • In conjunction with corporate IT, conduct research and analysis on Infor uplifts and 3rd Party products that may add value to the business
  • Act as divisional subject matter expert regarding ERP process, training and related tools.
  • Provide support to ERP users and work with the corporate technical team for break fixes

Does this sound like you?
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain, and/or Business preferred
  • 5+ years' related work experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Experience with SyteLine, or other fully integrated ERP systems, up to implementation development, testing, and support
  • Ability to mine/extract data to support core business processes
  • Experience with project implementation and solution engineering
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism
  • A phenomenal teammate who works well with technical and non-technical resources
  • Ability to effectively build and manage relationships and influence others
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and perform fact-based problem solving
  • Strong planning/project management skills - ability to set and keep timelines
  • Proficient exploring data and writing SQL queries
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager
  • Available to travel at least 25% (work days per month). 50% during ERP implementation
