Your role
Are you skilled in operating in a dynamic environment at the center of a large multiyear banking modernization program? Are you known for solving complex problems and managing multiple projects efficiently?We're looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to:• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders - Business, Product, and Technology. Assist in conveying business priorities to relevant teams to ensure common understanding of needs and priorities.• Support the monitoring of product delivery and facilitate discussions on timelines and prioritization. Work with Crews on timelines and prioritization.• Support and further develop the control framework tools using Microsoft Power BI to address specific project needs and streamline workflows.• Help enhance the existing framework by leveraging standard tools to ensure consistency and reliability.• Produce materials for governance and reporting purposes.• Integrate AI technologies to optimize processes, improve decision-making, and drive innovation within the project.• Analyze the backlog to identify and prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.• Support the integration of AI technologies to optimize processes and improve decision-making.• Assist in planning, collaboration, and coordination across teams.• Produce and provide regular communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress.• Help manage projects in terms of cost, resources, and timelines.• Collaborate with key stakeholders and work across organizational boundaries
Your team
You'll be working in the Banking Platforms Initiative office. You will be part of a team comprised of internal and vendor resources within the Global Wealth Management - Bank USA function driving the program management of a key banking modernization project.
Your expertise
• Ideally 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development techniques.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team.
• Highly organized and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Knowledge and interest in current industry trends including cloud-based development.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 77000 - max USD 100000 /annum
