The
Business Analyst will play a critical role in identifying business challenges, gathering and translating requirements, and partnering with technical teams to deliver effective, user-centered solutions within regulated environments.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover business objectives, analyze challenges, and define clear functional requirements.
- Lead workshops, meetings, and discovery sessions to align priorities and drive consensus among cross-functional teams.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and documentation that support development and testing efforts.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
- Promote continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to business analysis practices, processes, and documentation standards.
Qualifications of the Business Analyst:- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, requirements management, traceability practices, and project lifecycle frameworks.
- Experience supporting clinical development initiatives and familiarity with clinical trial processes across multiple study phases.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Compensation for the Business Analyst includes:- Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually
